What happens after you hit send
First, the callback, usually by the next business day. That call turns your form into an appointment: a set window for the quote visit, plus any details worth knowing in advance, like a gate code or a dog with opinions. You do not need to be home for the visit as long as the tree is reachable.
Second, the visit itself. We measure the tree against everything around it: what it hangs over, how the crew reaches it, what shape the wood is in. That is where the price actually comes from, which is why we do not guess one over the phone.
Third, the quote: one firm figure for the work and a set arrival window for the crew. Both are yours to think about for as long as you like. Nothing is booked until you say go, and once you do, the number does not wander.
