What we collect, and why

Everything the quote form gathers exists to get a crew to the right tree: a callback number, who to ask for, where the job is, when you want the visit, and what the work involves. It goes into our job notes and stops there. No lists, no partners, no advertising anybody, ours included.

Phone calls and recording

Some calls to and from (918) 553-5645 are recorded, because a quote and a schedule are only as good as the notes behind them. Oklahoma law sets the ground rule here: under 13 O.S. § 176.4, recording is lawful with the consent of one participant in the conversation, and we consent as a participant in our own business calls. Not comfortable being recorded? One sentence to whoever answers switches it off, and nothing about the call changes but that.

This website

These are static pages with no analytics or advertising code of our own on them. Behind the scenes, three kinds of providers touch your traffic: the web host, the phone carrier, and the call-tracking service that manages our number. Each keeps its own standard operational logs under its own policy; none of them gets anything extra from us.

Corrections and removal
