What we collect, and why

Everything the quote form gathers exists to get a crew to the right tree: a callback number, who to ask for, where the job is, when you want the visit, and what the work involves. It gets matched with one independent Broken Arrow-area tree company (that company calls you, names the price, and takes on the job, and it may pay Haikey Creek Tree Removal a referral fee). Nobody else gets it: no lists, no advertising anybody. Two of those providers, the web host and the call-tracking service, handle your request as it passes through, for us and for that use only.

Phone calls and recording

Some calls to and from (918) 553-5645 are recorded, because a quote and a schedule are only as good as the notes behind them. The company that took the job may be sent the recording too, so its notes match yours. Oklahoma law sets the ground rule here: under 13 O.S. § 176.4, recording is lawful with the consent of one participant in the conversation, and we consent as a participant in our own business calls. Not comfortable being recorded? Use the request form instead, and nothing is recorded.

This website

Google Analytics is on every page (it uses cookies to tally visits and what gets read), and a tap on the phone number is logged too. There is no advertising code. Behind the scenes, three kinds of providers touch your traffic: the web host, the phone carrier, and the call-tracking service that manages our number. Each keeps its own standard operational logs under its own policy; none of them gets anything extra from us.

Corrections and removal

Want something fixed or gone? Call (918) 553-5645 and say which, and we will correct the record or erase it. The company that took the job keeps its own copy, and can delete it if you ask.
